How to properly collect, log, and hand over digital and physical evidence using our tracking system. Covers chain of custody, court admissibility, and common errors that cause case dismissals.

Operating the integrated case management system - updating case status, assigning teams, reviewing timelines, and generating reports. Designed for officers at all technical levels.

Using the automated report generation system - creating court-ready forensic reports, applying digital signatures, and submitting to courts electronically. Includes template customisation.

Using the mobile app in the field - logging evidence, updating FIR status, sharing location, and reporting incidents. Designed for officers who may not be comfortable with technology.
