Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Paid Programs
This policy applies to our three paid training programs: AI Engineering, Cybersecurity, and AI App Development, each priced at ₹15,000 (or ₹7,500 after a qualifying exam discount).
- Cancellation 7 or more days before cohort start date: full refund
- Cancellation 3 to 6 days before cohort start date: 50% refund
- Cancellation within 48 hours of cohort start: no refund
- After the first live session has taken place: no refund
Cohort start dates are communicated to enrolled students by email within 48 hours of enrollment confirmation. If a cohort start date has not been communicated to you within 72 hours of your payment, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of timing.
2. Exam Discount Refunds
If you enrolled at the discounted rate (₹7,500) using a qualifying exam result, the refund calculation above applies to the amount you actually paid (₹7,500), not the original program price.
The qualifying exam discount is non-transferable. If your enrollment is cancelled and refunded, the exam result that was used for the discount is voided and cannot be reused.
3. Free Programs
Free programs (Frontend Development, Backend Development, Full Stack Development) do not involve any payment. You may withdraw from a free program at any time by contacting admin@bhaaratxa.com. Your student portal access will be deactivated within 3 working days of your request.
4. BhaaratXa-Initiated Cancellation or Postponement
If BhaaratXa cancels a cohort or postpones its start date by more than 14 calendar days, enrolled students are entitled to:
- A full refund of the amount paid, processed within 7 business days, OR
- Transfer of enrollment to the next available cohort at no additional charge
BhaaratXa will communicate any cancellation or postponement to enrolled students by email with a minimum of 7 days notice wherever possible.
5. Technical Issues
If you experience a payment failure where your account was debited but enrollment was not confirmed, email admin@bhaaratxa.com with your payment reference number. We will investigate within 24 hours and either confirm your enrollment or initiate a full refund. Razorpay typically processes such reversals within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a cancellation and refund:
- Email admin@bhaaratxa.com with subject line: Refund Request
- Include your full name, enrolled email address, and Razorpay order/payment ID
- We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours
- Eligible refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method
Refunds are credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We do not issue refunds to a different account, card, or UPI ID than the one used for payment.
7. Non-Refundable Situations
- Requests made after the first live session of the cohort has taken place
- Enrollments cancelled due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Enrollments obtained through fraudulent exam attempts or false information
- Change of mind after the refund window has closed
8. Grievance Redressal
If you believe your refund request was handled incorrectly, contact our Grievance Officer:

If unresolved within 15 working days, you may file a complaint with the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) or appropriate State Consumer Forum under the Consumer Protection Act 2019.
