Terms of Service

By accessing bhaaratxa.com, taking a qualifying exam, enrolling in a program, or using the student portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BHAARATXA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED ("BhaaratXa", "we", "our"), a company incorporated under the Companies Act 2013 with CIN U62013HP2026PTC012517.

BhaaratXa provides:

• Custom software development for businesses and government agencies
• Paid training programs in AI Engineering, Cybersecurity, and AI App Development (₹15,000 per program, or ₹7,500 with qualifying exam discount)
• Free training programs in Frontend Development, Backend Development, and Full Stack Development
• A student LMS portal accessible at bhaaratxa.com/learn after enrollment
• A client portal for project management, accessible by invitation

Training programs are delivered online via live sessions and the LMS portal. Program content, schedule, and instructors are subject to change with notice to enrolled students.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in a paid program, or have written consent from a parent or legal guardian
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You must have a valid email address to receive enrollment credentials
• Enrollment in paid programs is limited to individuals. Business bulk enrollments require a separate agreement

Paid programs offer a 50% discount to students who score 60% or above on the qualifying exam. The exam is five questions, graded automatically by our server. Exam answer keys are not disclosed. Each email address is limited to three exam attempts per course per day.

A passed exam result is valid for one enrollment only. You may not use a single passed exam result to discount multiple enrollments or share your result with another person. Attempting to circumvent the exam system will result in immediate cancellation of your enrollment without a refund.

Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms and privacy policy. BhaaratXa does not store card numbers, UPI credentials, or net banking credentials.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). The price you see at checkout is the final amount charged, inclusive of all applicable fees. GST, where applicable, will be shown separately before you confirm payment.

Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment capture. A pending or failed payment does not constitute enrollment.

• Your portal credentials are personal to you and must not be shared
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• BhaaratXa may suspend or terminate your account if it is used in violation of these terms
• Course access remains active for the duration of your enrolled program cohort plus 90 days
• We reserve the right to revoke access if your enrollment was obtained through fraudulent means

The Cybersecurity and Penetration Testing program teaches offensive security techniques for educational purposes only. All practical exercises are conducted exclusively on BhaaratXa-operated staging environments and authorised lab systems.

Applying any technique learned in this program against any computer system, network, or application without explicit written authorisation from the system owner is a criminal offence under Section 66 of the Information Technology Act 2000, punishable by up to 3 years imprisonment and/or a fine. BhaaratXa accepts no liability for any unauthorised use of techniques taught in this program.

By enrolling in the Cybersecurity program, you confirm that you will only apply these techniques on systems for which you have written authorisation.

All course materials, videos, session recordings, notes, code, and assessments made available through BhaaratXa programs are the intellectual property of BHAARATXA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED.

• You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell any course material
• You may not record live sessions without prior written consent
• You may use knowledge gained from programs in your own work and projects

You must not:

• Provide false information during registration, exam, or enrollment
• Share your portal credentials with any other person
• Attempt to access another student's account or any restricted area of the platform
• Use automated tools to abuse the qualifying exam or enrollment system
• Harass or harm other students or BhaaratXa staff
• Use BhaaratXa's name or branding without written permission

BhaaratXa's training programs are designed to build practical skills. We do not guarantee employment, placement, salary outcomes, or admission to any institution as a result of completing a program. Program outcomes depend on individual effort, aptitude, and market conditions beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, BhaaratXa's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the use of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific program giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of earnings or business opportunities.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Solan, Himachal Pradesh, India, being the location of BhaaratXa's registered office.

We may update these terms when our services change or as required by law. We will notify enrolled students by email of material changes at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date of revised terms constitutes acceptance.
